Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review articles, or short communications that have not been published or under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts must follow the formatting and ethical guidelines below.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts should be written in English.
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or Pdf.

2. Structure of the Manuscript

  • Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, email address.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords.
  • Introduction: Context, literature review, objectives.
  • Methods: Detailed methodology for reproducibility.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings with analysis.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the work and future direction.
  • References: Follow IEEE citation style.

3. Figures and Tables

  • Figures must be clear and high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and captioned properly.
  • All tables and figures must be cited in the text.

4. Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism.
  • Authors must disclose any conflict of interest.
  • Research involving humans or animals must follow ethical standards.

5. Submission Process

Authors should submit manuscripts through the Online Submission System . Authors are required to register or log in prior to submission.

6. Review and Publication

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript before acceptance.
  • Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the upcoming issue.
